Enterprise Business Manager
Ruth’s favourite food is cheese! Originally from Wales she has travelled far and wide and finds she picks up accents very easily. She loves exercise, foreign TV dramas and walks for miles with her black Labrador Jess. She has 2 teenage children, Rhia and Coel.
Ruth started working at the the Cathedral in January 2015 and managed the Coffee Shop since it very began and more recently has taken on the role of Enterprise Business Manager overseeing the management of both the coffee shop and gift shop.
She is known for walking at the speed of light so if you see someone zooming past on your next visit to the Cathedral it’s probably her!
Her favourite part of the Cathedral is the stunning stained glass above the entrance to the coffee shop and her choice of coffee is an Americano.
